Hi, my name is Ben. I am a SC-based product designer.

Before we design the answer, we find the right questions.

I’m at my best when I’m solving a messy problem with a great team. I bring an entrepreneurial mindset to my work. I stay curious, resourceful, and willing to roll up my sleeves to figure things out. I enjoy navigating ambiguity, challenging assumptions, and finding the simplest path through complex problems.

My design process is intentionally iterative. I believe in learning early, testing often, and letting evidence, not assumptions, guide the next decision. I combine customer research, product data, rapid prototyping, experimentation, and AI to explore ideas quickly and focus on the problems that matter.

Collaboration is where I really thrive. I love bringing Product, Engineering, and Design together around a shared problem and creating space for different perspectives to challenge and improve the work. My role isn’t just to make the experience better, it’s to help the team understand why we’re solving the problem, what we’re learning, and where we should go next.
