A federated team tasked with maintaining the health of our DS.
We knew our current UI library and the process of duplicating code were not cutting it for our teams.
The in late 2022, Product led the evolution of our new Design System, Bonfire. Since then, our entire organization uses some level of Bonfire in their daily work. Its existence has enabled our teams to maximize their speed, efficiency and consistency in all of our host and guest products.

Throughout the design and development process, our squads strive to create and maintain a library of reusable components that are functional across all platforms. These components and styles were designed to be minimal, on-brand, flexible, and accessible.
